I run Watchmen Installs myself, so if you're a member, I'm the one showing up every month — already knowing your house, your list, and what I fixed last time.
I'm upfront about cost before anything starts, and if something's not worth fixing — or isn't a job I'm the right fit for — I'll tell you straight instead of running up a bill. When I say I'll be there, I'm there. When I quote a price, that's the price.
